7 Things for 7 Days - June

Hello!
I am loving SprinkleofGlitter's 7 things for 7 days' posts, it's such a great idea in which motivates us to do little things during the week, so I have decided to join in on my little blog!
The idea is to share 7 things that we want to achieve during the week, even if it is just little goals for a week, here are my 7 things!!

1. Create - I need to start making some prints for my A Level art course, this week I will get this done!

2. Sort - I want to start sorting out my room, even if it is just one draw at a time, sorting something is better than nothing!

3. Plan - I want to go out more with friends this week, I have organised to go to Falmouth with my art friends on Thursday so we can have a nice day out of school and just chill while looking at Falmouth Uni's Summer Art Exhibition, I am looking forward to it!

4. Drive - I just want to do a few more driving lessons to help my test come quicker! I am loving driving at the moment and can't wait until I get my licence!

5. Write - I want to write a post a day on this little blog for this week, I really want to start making it my own and make my little part of the internet how I want it, I also want more content on here as it feels a little bit empty as I have only just started blogging, however I am really really enjoying it and want to carry on with it and make it my own!

6. Spend!!! - I am going to London this weekend to go to Radio 1's Hackney weekend on the Saturday, I am staying in London for 3 days and have been saving up my pennies so I can splurge all of it on Oxford Street! I am so excited it's unreal and my friends would agree with this, I won't stop going on about it! Mwhahaha!

7. Relax - I really want to relax in London this weekend, I'm thinking of it like a little city break, I am going to try not to worry or think about anything all weekend and just let my hair down and enjoy myself!

I really like this little idea, it really does help to keep me motivated and I look forward to crossing something off my list (I am a hardcore list kinda girl) If you want to join in with this fun then you should go and check out THIS post by Louise (SprinkleofGlitter) and let me know you're goals for this week! We are making a friendly little '7 things for 7 days' group so we can check out each others goals and check back to see how we got on with them!

Let me know how your goals go!

Reveiw: Revlon Lip Butters.

Hello! I feel like everyone and their dog have raved about Revlon Lip Butters, and you are probably all bored of hearing about them but I am going to share my opinion anyway! I have 3 lip butters in the colours 096 Macaroon, 025 Peach Parfait and 050 Berry Smoothie.
I got my first lip butter about 2 months ago after hearing so much hype around them and I caved and brought  3, the boots 3 for 2 deal didn't help! I got them home and was really excited to try them, I wasn't disappointed! They have a lovely creamy texture and are very moisturising on the lips, They do have a slight smell to them but it's not noticeable unless you swatch them. I personally really like scented things so I wish they smelt more fruity.
L-R Macaroon, Peach Parfait & Berry Smoothie.
I have been using my lip butters everyday for 2 months now and I can't get enough of them! I love the finish on the lips and I really like how it doesn't feel like you are wearing anything, The lasting power of these aren't too bad, 2-3 hours which is good for a lip balm, however, if you drink or eat anything then they will be gone!

L-R Macaroon, Peach Parfait, Berry Smoothie
They are quite sheer to start with but you can build them up to make a more opaque colour, the swatches above are swatched quite heavily. I like how you can build these up as you can get a few different looks from each lip butter. Overall I am head over heels in love with Revlon Lip Butters and I am definitely going to be buying more in the future! Next on my wish list is Candy Apple and Raspberry Pie!

My necklace collection and storage!

Hello! I was always one of those people who just had boxes and boxes of necklaces that always used to get tangled even though you tried your very hardest to stop them, but one day all the tangleness got too much and I went out and brought this jewellery hanger from Next Home and it cost me around £20 which I thought was reasonable.

It is a lovely brass metal hanger in which is just drilled on to the wall and it has 12 little hooks along the bottom in which you can hang your jewellery on, I like to store all my long chains and a few shorter ones on this as they look nice on my wall!

I have stuck some little purple butterflies around the holder, I got them as a gift but I think they were from Homebase and they came in a pack of 6. I also added a couple of little cards from friends that make me smile.

I have quite a lot of longer necklaces as you can see, I would tell you where I got them all from but it's a bit difficult so I shall tell you where I got the main ones from. From L-R... Blue multi chain - Sainsburys, Pearls in a bottle - Accessorize, Long blue disks and stones - New look, Brass owl - Ebay (99p!!!!!), Feathered owl - Accessorize. If you want to know where any other the others are from just ask, the majority are from Accessorize & New look! I will get around to doing my Bracelet storage and Collection soon!
